When you join LFM Academy & PFX gym you are getting  unlimited training classes with well trained, experienced and passion - driven coaches, masters, current and former professional athletes, educators and mentors. The only certified member organization off National Alliance for Youth Sport USA (NAYS) in Canada. 

No, not at all!  We find that people start at varying fitness levels. But, you will find that you do get fit by doing our martial arts classes at Lightning Fist Academy.  Isn’t that the point though? A fun workout that gets results! 

Payment is very simple pay $99/ bi weekly or $199/month per student by credit card, direct deposit or e-transfer.

No contract. You can cancel your membership anytime. We want our members to be happy and be the part of the L.F.M. and PFX family. If you have to leave off any reason we want you come back any time with good feeling about us.

We have a variety of classes for kids, youth, men and women. You can find the right program which is fit for your life style personal needs and achieving your goals, with our experienced, supporting coaches. 

Make sure you wear comfortable clothes you can do sport in!  Not really suitable to practice kicks in a skirt!

Be sure to bring a water bottle to your martial arts classes.  You will find we have martial arts classes for kids and adults that are a great workout and lots of fun!  Most students are grinning from ear to ear by the end of the class.  I am sure you will be too!

We find that our students become more confident to stand up to bullies and have more humility and kindness to others through their martial arts lessons. 

We encourage parents to watch their children in their kids martial arts lessons.  We love parents getting involved!  And so do their kids.  Even better… join into some of our martial arts classes for adults. 

Your kids will love that you have something in common.  It will build a strong family bond! Additionally, if you want some ‘me-time’,  simply drop them off and go grab a coffee.  When you return, they will greet you with a huge smile because they had SO much fun!
